HEADED TO AUGUSTA?
HERE IS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW...

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO...
- The only day you can bring your phones and cameras is practice days. So on tournament days take lots of pictures before you check your phone in the lockers. There are lockers right before security!
- Book a car online to be there to pick you up when you call. It is so busy and having a driver or Taxi's phone number makes transportation easy to and from the tournament.
- The easiest way to get there is to land at Augusta airport... that is the only travel tip I have for you.
WHAT TO WEAR?

BS SPORT DUH...
The Masters is a classic spring time event. A beautiful weekend in April so, we recommend pastels, summer dresses, and obviously green!
Wear comfortable shoes. By the way, in case you were wondering... no one will be in heels. NO ONE
THE PERFECT ITINERARY

Gates open everyday at 7 am. The best time to get there is whenever you feel like it! There will always be people exiting and entering so go whenever you are ready.
We landed in Augusta at 8:30 am and took a car to the Wendy's right outside the gates. (yes, a Wendy's. It was our meeting spot)
When you first arrive, take it all in (it's magical) and take some pictures! Now, check your phones into the lockers and head through security. Your first stop is the merch tent. Even if the line looks INSANE! The line moves very quick and it is so much better to get it done at the beginning of the day. Plus, by the end of the tournament a lot of things might sell out. If buying merchandise is important to you, like it was to me, going at the beginning of the day is the easiest way to do it. And no, you will not have to carry around heavy bags. They have a system where you can easily check the items you purchased or you can ship them home.
Next stop, the food tent for some much needed breakfast. Here is a hack though, If you are with a group you can have them wait in line while you use the phones to call someone back home. I called my mom for a funny chat and of course she picked up on the first ring.
If you bought chairs in the merch building, the best thing to do is walk to the hole you would like to make your meeting spot. We immediately took all of our chairs to hole 16. I marked which ones were ours by kissing the name card with red lipstick. Which brings me to my next point. Although it sounds silly, bringing a pen and paper could come in handy. I had to write in eyeliner on a napkin that we would be back in 30 minutes to update our friends.
Walk around the golf course and enjoy following one of your favorite players. Grab some lunch and enjoy the incredibly low prices that have managed to never peak over the original price. Yes, the famous pimento sandwiches are only $1.50.
Finally, go back to your chairs and plant yourself watching everyone go through. Grab some sandwiches and snacks to take home with you. Grab your merch from the tent, your phone out of the lockers and head into your transportation.
We hope you enjoyed!
